Meet the Fab Women Behind the Boutique
Pat Barker and Amber Wilson | Co-Founders & Style Besties
Hi! We’re Amber Wilson and Pat Barker. When we visited a boutique in Cleveland years ago, something clicked. The clothes were beautiful, yes—but it was the way the staff made us feel that stuck with us.
Seen. Stylish. Comfortable. Confident.
We left that day inspired to bring that same energy home to Upper Arlington. In 2016, we opened Fabtique at the Shops on Lane Avenue with one goal: to help women feel confident in their own style, surrounded by people who genuinely care.
With Amber’s background in retail management (she ran multiple White House | Black Market stores) and Pat’s experience in small business and marketing (she led marketing for Ohio Tourism), we brought complementary strengths and a shared mission: to make women feel amazing in what they wear.
What started as a passion project quickly became a neighborhood favorite—known for our personalized service, unique clothing, and a team that treats you like family.
